According to the automatic adjustment mechanism set out on Page 40 of its Decision dated June 10, 1994, the Commission has determined the appropriate rates of return on comon equity in 1995 for BC Gas, Centra-FSJ, PNG, and WKP as follows:

Each utility will be required to submit an application for approval to the Commission to vary its rates in line with the determinations made in this letter.
