For certain British Columbia utilities the information filed should be consistent with the annual filing requirements of the Ontario Securities Commission ("OSC"). However, in the event that this information is made public either by the utility or OSC, or other governing body, prior to it being filed in the utility's Annual Report, then that information should be filed concurrently with the Commission. As a reminder, Commission Letter No. L-36-94, dated December 15, 1994, directs that the Annual Report to the Commission must be filed within four months following the utility's fiscal year end.
