On SeptemberÊ25, 1996 Princeton Light and Power Company, LimitedÊ(ÒPLPÓ) applied for Commission approval to renew and amend its banking credit agreement, pursuant to SectionÊ57(2) of the Utilities Commission ActÊ(ÒtheÊActÓ); and B. The SeptemberÊ13, 1996 credit arrangements with the Canadian Imperial Bank of CommerceÊ(ÒCIBCÓ) provide for the renewal and increase of existing loan facilities in the amount of $250,000; and C. The Commission has considered the application and supporting material and finds that approval of the bank loan restructuring with CIBC is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE pursuant to SectionÊ57(2) of the Act, the Commission approves for PLP an increase of $250,000 in the credit facilities with the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce as follows: $ 650,000 - Operating Demand Loan $ 1,988,495 - Capital Fixed Rate/Fixed Term Loans $ 10,000 - Corporate Visa $ 100,000 - Special Operating Loan DATED at the City of Vancouver, in the Province of British Columbia, this ÊÊÊÊÊÊÊ10thÊÊÊÊday of October, 1996.
