The Commission, by Order No.ÊG-124-92, approved for Squamish Gas Co. Ltd.Ê("Squamish Gas") a three-year Agreement covering the lease of propane storage tanks to Superior Propane Inc. ("Superior") ending SeptemberÊ30, 1996. The Agreement allowed for a renewal term of an additional three years, negotiation of the annual rental fee and month-to-month rental during the renewal negotiations; and B. The Commission, by Order No.ÊG-58-97, approved for Squamish Gas a one-year Lease Agreement with Superior for two propane storage tanks at an annual rental of $35,000, effective NovemberÊ1, 1996; and C. On OctoberÊ23, 1997 Squamish Gas applied to the Commission for approval of a further renewal for a one-year period consistent with the terms in the 1996 Lease Agreement; and D. The Commission has reviewed the Agreement and finds that it should be approved. NOW THEREFORE the Commission approves for Squamish Gas a one-year propane storage tank Lease Agreement with Superior commencing NovemberÊ1, 1997.
