(“WKP”) applied, pursuant to Section 50 of the Utilities Commission Act (“the Act”), to extend its May 9, 1984 Revolving Loan Agreement with the Bank of Montreal by 364 days from May 30, 2001; and B. The Commission has reviewed the application, along with a copy of the June 13, 2001 Resolution of the Board of Directors of WKP, and finds that approval is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission approves for WKP an extension by 364 days from May 30, 2001, of its Revolving Loan Agreement with the Bank of Montreal pursuant to Section 50 of the Act.
