The Commission Panel grants ICBC’s request that the filing requirement for a proposal with respect to ICBC’s competitive practices be deferred. However, the Commission Panel requires the proposal to be filed no later than the date of the 2005 Revenue Requirements Application, which is expected to be on or about July 5, 2004.
