The Commission by Order No. C-15-05 approved Terasen Gas (Vancouver Island) Inc.’s (“TGVI”) Certificate of Public Convenience (“CPCN”) Application for its Customer Care Conversion; and B. On September 7, 2005, the British Columbia Old Age Pensioners’ Organization, et al (“BCOAPO”) applied to the Commission for a Participant Assistance Cost Award (“PACA”) for its participation in the Customer Care Conversion CPCN Application; and C. TGVI advised the Commission that it did not disagree with the BCOAPO request for PACA funding; and D. The Commission has reviewed the BCOAPO PACA Application with regard to the criteria and rates set out in Commission Order No. G-15-04; and NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. Pursuant to Section 118(1) of the Utilities Commission Act, the Commission awards funds to BCOAPO for its participation in the TGVI CPCN Customer Care Conversion Application in the amount of $7,086.06. 2. TGVI is to reimburse BCOAPO for the total amount awarded in a timely fashion.
