On October 16, 2009, Terasen Gas Inc. (“Terasen Gas”) filed with the British Columbia Utilities Commission (“Commission”) the Customer Choice – 2009 Program Summary and Recommendations (“Report and Application”) which outlined changes to the Customer Choice Program; and B. Commission Order G‐126‐09 set out the regulatory process including the Regulatory Timetable to consider the Report and Application; and C. By email dated November 24, 2009, Terasen Gas requested an amendment to the Regulatory Timetable as set out in Order G‐126‐09 to permit Terasen Gas to respond to an Information Request from Just Energy dated November 20, 2009. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders an amendment to the Regulatory Timetable as set out in Appendix A attached to this Order.
