required for compliance with Mandatory Reliability Standards

O  R  D  E  R

 

WHEREAS:

 

A.      Commission Order G-67-09 required entities subject to approved Mandatory Reliability Standards to file mitigation plans outlining how they plan to meet compliance with standards they were not in compliance with;

 

B.      On October 6, 12, 13, 14 and 15, 2010, and on December 15, 2010 the Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC) recommended mitigation plans for the following standards be dismissed as no violations of the standards were found:

NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows pursuant to section 125.2 (10) of the Utilities Commission Act, the British Columbia Utilities Commission accepts the WECC recommendations and approves the dismissal of the mitigation plans as listed above.
