Re:  British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority

Project No. 3698565/Order G-12-10

Acquisition from Teck Metals Ltd. of an Undivided One-Third Interest

                             in the Waneta Dam and Associated Assets                      

 

In compliance with Directive 5(a) of Order G-12-10, British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority (BC Hydro) filed a report dated June 7, 2010 on the final actual transaction costs for the Waneta Transaction, including a comparison to the estimated transaction costs and an explanation of any variances greater than 10 percent.  The British Columbia Utilities Commission (Commission) accepts the report as filed.

 

The Commission requests BC Hydro adjust the amount of $850 million to $840.8 million in its Fiscal 2011 Revenue Requirement Application (RRA) currently under review by the Commission and Interveners and file the adjustment as part of its evidentiary update on F2011 RRA currently due by Friday, July 9, 2010.
